Everyone has a different journey. Wild Ones is a collective to inspire people to experience joyful movement. Being in nature though has always been more than just movement. It builds strength, challenges, inspires couriousity and it always brings our true potential.

Wild ones empowers the individual to be authenitcally them. From past experience, we also know movement is only one part of the picture. It is about giving us to tools to tackle everyday challenges too.

I also help create experiences for other people too, so if you are needing help with events, marketing or a project to support your community, I would love to chat.
