Moonlight Madness

Experience the fun and good vibes as the sun sets, stars come out and the moon shines. Anyone of all ages and levels can take part in this fantastic series, and tackle the 5km or 10km course in your neon clothes or fairy lights. Plus, there is also the post run ( or walk) celebrations too.

ABOUT

You can walk, run, use it for training for an event or push to get your best time. Its all about gathering, having fun . You will cross the finish line with cheers from your fellow runners and have the of staying to celebrate everyone’s achievements afterwards.

All levels welcome. Families are welcome too. Kids over 10 years old must run with a parent.

This course is Part path, part sand. Join us for a BBQ afterwards.

The course
The course is designed to be safe and achievable for everyone. No need to worry about following a map. The start, finish and turnarounds are lit up by fairy lights as well as there are reflective markers along the way. These fantastic, fun events are designed for all levels.

INCLUSIONS:

FAQ’s

Registration

  • Participants need to be 15 or over to race by themselves. All participants younger than this are welcome and encouraged to participate with an adult.

  • The events are capped and kept smaller than your regular large scale event. This gives our events a warm and intimate experience.

  • Yes. We encourage all fitness levels to join in.

  • That is no problem at all. We can help you find a team mate through our social channels.

  • You must notify Wild Ones if you are unable to run for any reason. However, there are no refunds for non-starters or non-finishers.

    If you are unable to attend before the event, you must contact us on info@wildonesadventure.com.

    If you let us know a month before the event to 2 weeks prior, a credit note will be given. If you inform us more than 2 weeks prior to the event, then no refund or credit note are given.

  • Bookings are required. No registrations will be available on the day of the event.

  • Yes. Please contact info@wildonesadenture.com

    If you want to increase your distance, you will need to pay the difference in the cost.

    If you would like to reduce the distance, unfortunately, no refunds will be given for the change in fee.

  • The event briefing will be sent out on the Wednesday prior to the event. If you haven’t received it, check junk mail nd then email us at info@wildonesadventure.com

Event day

  • Yes. These can be picked up on the day of the event.

  • If you book in for 3 or 6 pass, you will receive your gift once you have completed the runs.

  • We recommend running with water or with a hydropack as there will be no water on course. This event is a waste free event.

  • The event schedule will be posted out with the event brief prior to the event.

  • We recommend not to run with headphones so you can cheer on others, hear others around you and take in the whole experience.

  • Yes, dogs are welcome , except for the trail events. Please ensure you pick up all rubbish and they are kept on lead.

  • Yes. Please contact us on info@wildonesadventure.com to inform us of what is required and we will provide you with a bib.

  • This will be included in the race brief.

  • We have given everyone 3 hours to complete the event. Which is ample time for all levels to finish.

  • Results will be uploaded post race onto the website.
